PURPOSE OF THE GAME: Learning to recognise the different cuts of beef and pork. Associating the names with the numbers that identify the various cuts in the drawing. Get a pen or pencil and a sheet of paper. The game consists of several steps. The youngest participant begins and the game proceeds clockwise. Each participant has one minute to associate the name of the cut with the correct number drawn on the animal. The winner is whoever manages to match the most names to the correct positions. PREPARATION: The solutions are on page 19 (in the PASSPORT section) THE CHANGING SHAPES OF PROTEINS The purpose of the experiment is to understand what happens in our stomach during digestion. Reduce the fruit to a pulp using a blender, place the piece of raw steak on the plate and generously distribute the chopped fruit over the meat. Warm the oven to 40°C and place the plate (or tray) with the meat and fruit inside it for a few hours and check the consistency of the meat every 60 minutes by writing down the changes on a sheet. The times of the experiment vary depending on the type of fruit used and the cut of meat.
