9 8. UPDATES AND REVISIONS This Code was formally approved by the Board of Directors of Esselunga S.p.A. on 23 March 2022 and is the first version of the document. Esselunga undertakes to review and update this document periodically. The current version of the Code is available, also in Italian, on the institutional website at www.esselunga.it .
