DISCOVERING THE SECRETS OF GRAINS, RED MEATS AND DAIRY PRODUCTS Hi! Together we’ll discover the foods of the Mediterranean Diet and how often we should eat them according to the latest “Guidelines for a healthy Italian diet”. The Mediterranean Diet does not exclude any food but gives “advice” to stay healthy. We have prepared a weekly meal plan for the different stages of this “journey”; this plan will include all the foods met along the way, in their correct frequency and combinations, to create healthy and balanced meals. By the end of this adventure, we’ll know how to adapt our diet to the Mediterranean model. We’ll meet our old friends but also new Super Foodies during our discovery of the different food groups. At the same time, we’ll also keep a careful eye on sustainability, safety, and taste and tradition! In this part of the journey we’ll look at foods that are all good sources of proteins: legumes, white meat, seafood products and eggs. LET’S EAT WELL
